LYSF worked with Progressive A&E to develop a conceptual design for the complex, which includes:

• Two 300’ Tournament Fields
• Five 200’ Baseball/Softball Fields
• Complex Facilities (concessions, offices, restrooms)
• 350-Space Parking Lot​

The estimated cost to complete the complex is $9.5 million. Short-term, “ramp-up” funding for staffing is included to support immediate human resource needs. However, with the projected growth the complex would support, ongoing operational and facility maintenance costs would be covered. Long-term project sustainability has been further detailed in a pro forma.
